Management & Leadership Programme - level A for aspiring or first time managers.

Interactive workshops, Action Learning Sets and a Work Based Assignment (change project) to learn people and business skills

Management & Leadership programme - level B - for experienced and/or middle managers wanting to develop strategic leadership skills.
Workshops will build on previous knowledge and experience, providing 'stretch' in a safe environment. 

Programmes will be held in a Central London venue and workshops take place approximately once a month.
