This recent publication on Performance with Integrity has been developed by City HR Association on behalf of the City Values Forum. It outlines a short guide which explores the linkages between corporate values and individual performance. It is intended to serve as an oversight document for the Board and Senior Management.
It makes a strong business case for creating a values-driven culture, that will assist organisations to create a sustainable business.
The toolkit is one of a series of interventions which looks at how organisations can re-build trust with customers and employees as well as stakeholders in government, the regulators and the broader business and social community.
